There is something about thoughts that we are not always able to fully recognize and that is that they can be experienced as coming to us rather than from us. We call this sort of thought that suddenly awakens in us an insight, clarity, or a new realization.
That awakening is most real and true and can often change our perspective on life. At the same time, it is also an amazing thing that such thoughts arrive without the experience of us manufacturing them ourselves. We simply receive them without effort on our part as the active thinker.
It's those, "this thought just came to me" moments, or those distinct ah-ha's! you get. Or the, "I never thought of that before" feeling that allows for a certain kind of peace and knowing. And besides all that wokeness, those thoughts also are often filled with a flavor of spontaneity, surprise, or can give one a sense of feeling grounded in a larger truth that there is guidance and a sense of direction on our path. Those new thoughts also allow for clarity of a decision and can also provide peace of mind.
In the essence of this experience, you become the listener and receiver to and of your own innate wisdom. At some point you might also realize this is a satisfying place to continue to gently focus your attention because it feels so amazing to consciously connect to the guidance that is always there within you, ready and available to share itself with you. It expands as you focus and becomes a cool experience when you are able to consciously recognize that you are a part of this happening.
So keep paying attention and noticing. Stay open to receiving such thought experiences, as they are your Soul wisdom speaking to you and that is also the conversation that you are having with your own creative inner universe!
Listen to them, because these thoughts are gifts leading you to the next good and right thing on your path. Trust them, because they are your guidance system...They are your True North...They are your personal, individual super power. They are your true nature speaking to you. They are a gift.
I would love for you to share in the comments a significant new thought you have recently had, or one that you recall having at some point that changed your perspective on something in your life and allowed a deeper peace of mind.
